Rain Garden
Design and Install, Spring 2013

In this small Baltimore City  backyard, Rain Underground worked with an existing patio structure to create well defined and useable spaces. The design provided for client use including outdoor entertainment, grass for toddler play, rain garden, and shade garden, with areas for table top gardening and composting.

The rain garden is planted with more than 80% native plants and manages run-off for the ____ sq ft roof. Rain barrels managed run-off for the smaller front porch roof. Rain Underground designed and installed the outfall into the rain garden using materials found on site.
