Re-use Garden
Design and Install

This client struggled with water in their basement during storms. Site analysis revealed soil sloping toward the foundation causing run-off to pond and then seep into the basement. Re-grading solved this problem. The client also requested less lawn, a pervious patio, vegtable garden, and a rain garden. The design re-used existing brick and other materials found on site. The patio re-uses concrete counter seconds. Native plantings joined existing plant materials to provide year round interest. Pollinators of all kinds visit the garden, bringing birds.

The rain garden handles run-off from the ____ sq ft roof.
